What 'Verified' Actually Means

Three things every CPCP-Verified PRO has done.

Independently Verified

Every Verified PRO submits proof of liability insurance ($1M-$2M minimum), provincial business registration, and at least 2 years of operating history. We verify each document directly.

Code of Ethics Compliance

Members agree to a published Code of Ethics covering humane handling, transparent contracts, and client communication standards. Complaints are reviewed by an ethics committee.

Annual Re-Verification

Insurance and registration are re-verified annually. PROs whose credentials lapse are removed from the directory until their documents are current.
